Is This You?

This Is For You If...

  • Your triathlon finish times have barely moved despite months of consistent training

  • You keep picking up the same injury at the same point in every training block

  • You have paid $400 to $900 in race entries and $3,000 to $15,000 in equipment and you are genuinely not sure you will finish the race

  • You are trying to train for three sports around a full-time job and a family, and fitting it all in feels impossible

  • You have followed generic training plans, apps, or YouTube advice and you are still stuck in the same place

What You Will Learn

What You'll Discover in This Workshop

01

Why training harder is the reason most triathletes stop improving

The athletes who keep getting faster are not doing more. They are doing something in a different order. This workshop will show you exactly what that order is and why it works.

02

The specific sequencing mistake behind almost every plateau and recurring injury

It is not your fitness. It is not your discipline. It is a single structural error in the order things are being built, and once you see it, you cannot unsee it.

03

The four steps in the correct sequence

No guesswork. No generic plans built for someone else. A clear sequence that produces personal bests without overtraining, burnout, or injury.

04

Why your training zones are probably wrong, and the simple field tests that fix them

Most triathletes are training in the wrong zones because they have never actually tested across all three sports. One session per sport changes everything.

05

The foundational work almost no age-group triathlete is doing

This is not extra volume. It takes minutes, not hours. And it is the difference between a body that holds together on race day and one that falls apart at mile 18.

You are not doing the wrong things. You are doing them in the wrong order.

The training advice you have been following — more miles, zone work, push through the discomfort — is not bad advice. It is the right advice handed to you at the wrong point in the sequence. That single sequencing error is behind every plateau you have hit, every injury that has ended a season early, and every training block that cost you weekends with your family without producing a faster finish time. In this live workshop, we are going to fix that.

Common Questions

Before You Register

Is this only for experienced triathletes?

No. Whether you are preparing for your first sprint triathlon or your tenth Ironman, the sequencing principles in this workshop apply at every level. Some of the most significant results we have seen have come from athletes who were completely new to the sport.

Will there be a replay available?

We strongly encourage you to attend live. The workshop includes a live Q&A where you can ask about your specific situation, your races, and your goals. A replay may be made available to registered attendees for a limited time.

Will you be selling something?

This is a free training, not a sales call. Come with your questions and leave with answers you can apply to your next training block.

I have tried other training plans before and they did not work. Is this just more of the same?

The workshop is built around what is actually causing the plateau, not what sounds good on a product page. Show up, watch how the approach works, and decide for yourself.
